Every cut ticket in one place
JK FieldOps keeps hanger, leaner and hazardous-tree tickets together by project. Each cut ticket shows the service, the measurement and the value from the project’s rates, with the ticket document and supporting pictures beside the recorded details.

Crews submit tickets from the field
Tree crews can submit cut-ticket records and supporting documents from their phones while the work is still happening. The Field page shows submitted cut tickets and items waiting for review. Adding another copy of an existing ticket doesn’t count the work twice.
Check measurements when records disagree
Put cut-ticket measurements from your company, your subcontractor and the prime side by side. Open the ticket picture, check the measurement, then accept a source, enter a correction or leave a review note. The original imported records stay unchanged.
See ticket reconciliation for the full process.
Pay your tree crews from approved work
Once the cut tickets are reviewed, Payables shows what you owe the crew you hired.
| Approved production | $950 |
|---|---|
| Adjustments | −$50 |
| Payment | $900, ACH, recorded as paid |
Keep the crew’s invoice, the payment confirmation and the signed release with that payout. See payment tracking.
What doesn’t decide
JK FieldOps records the service and measurement on each ticket and keeps the evidence together. Whether a tree, hanger or stump qualifies under your contract or a public-assistance program is decided by the parties to that work, not by the software.
For what to record on each ticket, read hanger and leaner ticket records.
Common questions
Can tree crews submit cut tickets from the field?
Yes. Crews can submit cut-ticket records and supporting documents from their phones. Another copy of an existing ticket doesn’t count the work again.
Can we compare cut-ticket measurements with the prime’s records?
Yes. Reconciliation puts the measurements side by side. Open the ticket and its evidence, then accept a source, enter a correction or leave a note.
Does JK FieldOps decide whether a tree is eligible?
No. It records the service, measurement and evidence. Eligibility is decided under your contract and the program funding the work.
