How it works

Get the tickets in. Review what needs attention.

Upload photos and PDFs or import a spreadsheet. JK FieldOps reads ticket details and checks for matches. Review what needs attention, follow production, and record payments. Reconciliation is available when you have another party’s records to compare.

01 / UPLOAD

Upload tickets or import records.

Upload ticket photos or PDFs. Import CSV or Excel spreadsheets.

02 / READ

Let read the ticket.

JK FieldOps reads the ticket number, date, and work details from the attachment.

03 / REVIEW

Review anything unclear.

Tickets that pass the checks can be created automatically. Open Needs review to check missing information or differences.

04 / MATCH

Match tickets and copies.

JK FieldOps uses the project, ticket type, and ticket number to match records and copies.

05 / RECONCILE

Compare contractor records.

Compare your tickets with contractor, subcontractor, and prime records. Check differences and record a correction or decision. Monitor records can also be included when available.

06 / TRACK

Track receivables and payments.

Use Receivables to follow recorded value, money received, and unsettled amounts. Use Payables for the subcontractors you hired. Subcontractors see their own payments under Payments.

Reading a ticket and comparing records are separate steps. JK FieldOps reads information from a ticket. Reconciliation compares it with other records. Unclear pictures or conflicting information still need someone to check them.
Spreadsheets & documents

The spreadsheet and the ticket can arrive separately.

Import the spreadsheet first or upload the ticket first. When the details match, the records and supporting copies stay with the same ticket.

The project, ticket type, and ticket number must match. Missing details or conflicting values may need review.

Sample upload resultFictional files
A new ticket adds work to the totals. Another copy adds a document, not more work.
Common problems

Stop piecing records together.

Ticket pictures scattered across phones

Upload photos and PDFs from the Field page and keep them with the ticket.

Ticket records without pictures

Upload a matching ticket copy later and attach it to the existing record.

The same ticket arriving twice

A matching copy can attach to the existing ticket without adding the work twice. Differences go to review.

Contractor records do not match

Compare contractor records in Reconciliation. Check differences in yardage, measurements, or other ticket information.

Unclear payment balances

Record payments and deductions, then see the amount still unsettled.

You need to check a disputed ticket

Open the ticket copy or original imported record to check what was submitted.
