The steps

Add it from Chrome.

  1. Open Chrome and go to app.jkfieldops.com.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top right corner.
  3. Choose Install and create shortcut, then Install. Depending on your Chrome version, the menu may instead say Add to home screen or Install app.
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts (Install or Add), then open JK FieldOps from your home screen and log in.
Good to know
  • JK FieldOps needs an internet connection to upload tickets. No service? Keep the ticket and upload it when you have a signal.
  • What you see after logging in depends on your role and your company.
