The steps

Add it from Safari.

  1. Open Safari and go to app.jkfieldops.com.
  2. Tap Share (the square with an upward arrow). Depending on your Safari layout, open the page menu first, then tap Share.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen. If it is missing, use Edit Actions to add it to the list.
  4. If Open as Web App is shown, turn it on. Tap Add, then open JK FieldOps from your home screen and log in.
Good to know
  • JK FieldOps needs an internet connection to upload tickets. No service? Keep the ticket and upload it when you have a signal.
  • What you see after logging in depends on your role and your company.
